Step-by-Step Guide: Managing API Requests and Adjusting Orders Using Your Dashboard

API limits can sometimes restrict operations, and knowing how to manage these requests effectively is essential. This guide explains how to add, adjust, or remove API requests using your dashboard interface.

Step 1: Log In to Your Dashboard

  • Visit the login page for your API dashboard.
  • Enter your Email and Password.
  • Click the Sign In button.
    (Tip: If you don’t have an account, click Sign Up. Use the Forgot Password option if needed.)

 

Step 2: Navigate to the API Request Page

  • Upon logging in, access the Dashboard.
  • From the left-hand menu, select API Request to view your current API packages and remaining request balances.

 

Step 3: Add API Requests

  • Locate the API package for which you need additional requests.
  • Click the Buy Request button for the desired API package.
  • The package will appear in the Order Summary on the right-hand side.

 

Step 4: Specify the Number of Requests

  • In the Order Summary, enter the required number of requests for each selected package.
    (Ensure the entered value is a multiple of 1,000.)
  • Adjust the quantity as per your needs.

 

Step 5: Adjust or Remove Buy request from the Order

Removing a Purchase Request

  • If you have added a purchase request but decide to remove it, you can use the "Remove" button provided next to the selected API package in the Order Summary. Here's how:

Locate the Order Summary section on the right-hand side of the screen.

  • Identify the API package you want to remove from your order.

Click the Remove button next to the package.

  • This action will immediately remove the package from your Order Summary.
  • The total price will be updated accordingly to reflect the changes.

This feature allows you to make adjustments to your selected API requests before proceeding with the purchase.

 

 

Step 6: Review and Confirm the Order

  • Carefully check the Subtotal, Tax, and Total Price displayed in the Order Summary.
  • Ensure the values match your requirements.

 

Step 7: Proceed to Payment

  • When ready, click the Proceed button in the Order Summary.
  • Follow the on-screen payment instructions to complete the transaction.

 

Step 8: Confirm Changes

  • After completing the purchase, the additional requests will be added to your account.
  • Refresh the API Request page to verify the updated request balance.

Step 9: Optimize API Usage

To reduce the chances of exceeding limits in the future:

  • Optimize API calls to minimize redundant requests.
  • Use caching mechanisms for repeated data.
  • Consider enabling notifications or alerts for nearing API limits.
